Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Judith — founder of Edynn Organic, pharmacist, and a woman who got tired of not having answers.
For years I struggled with painful periods. Like many women, I went to my doctor and asked them to check everything — rule out PCOS, endometriosis, anything that could explain what I was experiencing. But beyond the medical workup, something else was nagging at me. A quieter question that I couldn't shake:
What am I actually putting on my body every month?
As a pharmacist, I understood better than most how chemicals interact with the body. I knew that skin and mucous membranes absorb what they come into contact with. I knew that years of repeated exposure to even small amounts of certain substances can accumulate in the body and affect hormones, reproductive health, and overall wellness. And yet — like most women — I had never once thought to read the label on my sanitary pad.
When I finally started researching what was in conventional pads, I was troubled by what I found. Plastics. Synthetic absorbent polymers. Chemical processing residues. Materials that had no business being in contact with one of the most sensitive parts of a woman's body, month after month, for decades of her life. The research connecting these chemicals to hormone disruption and reproductive concerns is growing — but it's not being talked about loudly enough. Most women simply don't know.
The search and the frustration
Once I knew what I was looking for, I went searching for a better option. I wanted a pad I could feel genuinely confident in — one that was truly organic, truly clean, and transparent about every ingredient.
I couldn't find one that met my standard.
The options that came close were hard to find, inconsistently available, and often not as clean as they claimed. I'd find a product marketed as "organic" only to discover that the organic certification only covered the top cotton layer — while the rest of the pad was still made from synthetic materials. As a pharmacist, that kind of partial truth wasn't good enough for me. And I didn't think it should be good enough for any woman.
Frustrated and empty-handed, a thought crossed my mind: maybe I should create it myself.
Faith and the leap
It was 2023. I was already pouring enormous time and energy into building my pharmacy career. Starting a business on top of that felt impossible — and honestly, a little intimidating.
But God had other plans.
Every time I tried to set the idea aside, I felt the Lord encouraging me to keep going. That quiet but persistent nudge that tells you this is what you were called to do, even when the timing doesn't make sense. I leaned into my faith, took the leap, and started doing what I do best — researching.
I began searching for a manufacturer who could deliver what I had in my mind: a pad made from 100% organic cotton not just on the surface, but throughout the entire product. No SAP. No synthetic backing. No compromises. After extensive research I found a manufacturing partner who could do exactly that — a pad that was not only fully organic but also completely biodegradable, from the cotton layers to the backing. When I held that first sample in my hands and confirmed every component was genuinely clean, I knew this was real.
Guided by Genesis 2:15 — God's call to "tend and keep" what He has entrusted to us — Edynn Organic became my answer to that calling. A way to care for women's bodies and steward His creation at the same time.
My message to you
My pharmacy background gave me the knowledge to understand what's really in conventional period care products and why it matters. But my faith gave me the courage to do something about it.
I started Edynn Organic because I believe every woman deserves full transparency about what she puts on her body. Not partial truths. Not misleading labels. The full picture — clearly stated, independently verified, and genuinely clean.
I use Edynn pads myself. That matters to me. I wouldn't sell anything to another woman that I wouldn't use with complete confidence. And I want every woman who chooses Edynn Organic to feel that same confidence — not because I said so, but because the certifications, the ingredients, and the transparency back it up.
You deserve to know. You deserve better. And it is my honor to provide it.
